In a complex Mutli Defendant Trial where a Jury member had accessed the internet and informed other Jurors that a Defendant had been previously convicted , the Court concluded it was necessary to discharge the whole Jury , rather the offending Juror could be removed , a re-trila be ordered for the particular defendant and the Trial safely proceed with appropriate directions for the remaining defendants .
