In a multi handed case a Judge had carefully considered the evidence to support both discharging the jury member and the impact on the jury . The Court concluded that whilst the conduct of the juror was unacceptable the content and impact of the messages had been over exaggerated , concluding that the remaining jury could safely return just verdicts which it did – previous case of KK Considered .
