This case illustrates the sort of non-disclosure which can lead to the Court concluding a conviction is unsafe and was summarised in this case as follows
a) in failing to produce not only the convictions and cautions of prosecution witnesses but also the circumstances and context of them,
b) failing to deal with the allegations made by the complainant against other men
c) failing to provide photographs of the property.
Also 2 days before the trial the complainant had been issued with a police order for anti social behaviour .
